Complaint Supervisor - Medical Devices
Global leader in the development and production of life saving medical devices seeks a Complaint Supervisor to lead a customer complaint handling team in Orange County, CA. The Complaint Supervisor will:
Review complaints to determine if corrective action is required
Manage junior complaints handling staff
In cases where corrective action is necessary, notify appropriate senior management
Maintain customer complaint file
Analyze and document any and all reports of dissatisfaction with product
Create complaint data analyses and other reports as necessary
Assist in internal audit
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline
5+ years experience in regulatory compliance or quality assurance with at least 2 years of that experience in medical devices
Excellent analytical skills, detail oriented
Experience in a leadership role
Excellent communications skills and the ability to prioritize and act decisively
Excellent mentoring skills with a track record of developing subordinates
Working experience with FDA QSR MDD 93/42/EED, ISO 13485 CMDR
Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook, Access
