Global leader in the development and production of injected molded medical devices seeks a highly skilled engineer with a strong background in injection molding. This engineer will be responsible for leading process improvements, including the procurement of new injection molding equipment, at the company's flagship site in NE Maryland, about an hour from Philadelphia. We are looking for someone with a breadth of knowledge in injection molding equipment as well as strong skills in improving existing manufacturing processes. This site is located on the banks of the Chesapeake Bay in a lovely area of Maryland.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 6+ years experience in process engineering with a strong emphasis on injection molding
- Expert level experience in injection molding machinery and process improvement
- Experience in the selection and procurement of injection molding equipment
- Experience in high speed, high volume manufacturing
- Experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably medical devices
